Polymer clay is a great medium for making lightweight components for jewelry and sculpture and basic techniques for working with polymer are easy to learn.  This class will introduce methods for conditioning the polymer, making a Skinner blend, building simple canes and forming beads.  After you make some beads, string them to make your first polymer bracelet!

Bring: Six 2-oz packages of Premo clay (2 black, 2 white and 2 colored), acrylic roller, polymer cutting blade, pasta machine if you have one (important: pasta machine must be one that you do not use for food after working with polymer). Additional tools and supplies will be available for use during the class..
