Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

(a) Order

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order will not be confirmed until we send you notification by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been shipped.

(b) Pricing and Availability

While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund as long as the order has not been confirmed & shipped. Orders cancelled after they have been shipped may be assesed a shipping recovery fee.

(c.1) Payment – PayPal

All orders processed using PayPal are subject to the PayPal Terms of Service. You will not be required to have or register for a PayPal account to use this payment option.

(c.2) Payment – Check & Money Order

All orders funded using a check or money order will be considered “on hold” until payment is tendered. No order will be shipped before payment has been received and successfully verified. Please understand that this can take several days.

(d) Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with your online purchase from BeadBush Studio.  However, if you are not, you may return merchandise within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unopened and not used), for store credit.

Please re-package the items carefully so they make it back to BeadBush Studio safely.

Simply include these 3 things in your package:
1.  A copy of the packing slip dated within 30 days
2.  The merchandise in its original condition and packaging (unopened and not used)
3.  A note explaining why you are returning the merchandise

Returns in good order will receive store credit toward future online purchases at BeadBush Studio.

Did the merchandise qualify for free shipping?  If so, 10% of the purchase price will be deducted from your store credit unless the return was due to our mistake.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that Bead Bush’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any Services provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such Services. Bead Bush shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United States of America and by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New Hampshire, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement, except that in actions seeking to enforce any order or any judgment of such federal or state courts located in New Hampshire, such personal jurisdiction shall be nonexclusive.
